For new guests receiving a spa treatment, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Keep in mind that arriving late may limit the time of your treatment. Treatments will end on time so the next guest’s service will not be delayed. We ask that guests refrain from using cellular phones while in the spa, this is to maintain a relaxing experience for all our guests. If you are receiving a body treatment, please refrain from shaving 24 hours prior to service.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Multiple services/packages may require a major credit card to hold the reservation.
If redeeming a gift card, please advise us when you schedule your appointment.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your salon or spa service, we ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations without proper notice are subject to a 50% cost of service fee.
Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination. Gift cards expire within eighteen (18) months from date of purchase. Date of purchase may be confirmed by calling Verde directly with the gift certificate number (5-digit number on back of card).
Gift cards may not be used for service gratuities, and are not refundable.
